1. The service
Tailored Bots configures and hosts a customer-specific Discord bot instance based on the authorized Alaska Systems codebase. Each order covers one Discord server and one isolated deployment unless a written agreement says otherwise.
2. Your responsibilities
You must have authority to configure the Discord server, bot application, ERLC server information, and brand assets you submit. You are responsible for enabling required Discord intents, granting only appropriate permissions, and keeping your Discord application credentials secure.
3. Payments and approval
Subscriptions are billed in USD through Stripe. Module access is granted only after a verified paid-invoice event, and service may be limited when a subscription is past due, unpaid, or canceled.
4. Configuration and delivery
We use the configuration you supply. Missing, conflicting, or invalid configuration can delay delivery. We may request clarification where an enabled Alaska Systems feature needs a channel, role, permission, policy, or asset that was not provided.
5. Availability and support
We aim to keep each live bot process available around the clock, but Discord, ERLC, hosting vendors, customer credentials, APIs, and third-party services can affect availability. The dashboard and support workflow are the route for reporting an outage.
6. Refunds
Before deployment work begins, contact support to discuss a cancellation. Because a bot is individually configured and deployed, completed configuration and live deployments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate Discord, Roblox, ERLC, or applicable law, to harass others, or to expose personal data. We may suspend a bot when necessary to protect the service or comply with a lawful request.
